Loopli – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Loopli’s software, consulting, and related services. By engaging Loopli, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

Loopli provides access to its proprietary software systems, consulting, and implementation services.

Initial setup is delivered over structured onboarding sessions.

After setup, you’ll receive an agreed amount of consulting and support each month.

Additional work outside the agreed scope is available and may be billed separately (see Section 5).

Any required API integration with job management platforms (e.g., ServiceM8, Simpro, AroFlo) will be quoted separately unless included in your initial agreement.

2. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

Services and obligations will continue under the agreed terms until termination is confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Guarantee

If Loopli offers a results-based guarantee, the conditions of that guarantee will be outlined in your specific service agreement. Where applicable, Loopli may continue working at no additional cost until agreed outcomes are achieved.

4. Extra Billable Hours

Work outside the agreed scope may be billed at a pre-agreed hourly rate. This can include:

Data entry or data cleanup

CRM pipeline setup or customisation

Additional consulting beyond the agreed monthly allocation

Marketing support (ads, copywriting, email setup)

Reporting, analytics, or team training

Management of multiple Google Business profiles.

Extra consulting meetings

5. Quoted Prices

All quotes provided by Loopli are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

6. Access to Information

You retain full ownership of your business information, contacts, and assets.

Upon request (including after termination), Loopli will provide all relevant files and data in a usable format.

7. System Usage Charges

Loopli’s software services may include:

A set number of complimentary user accounts (“seats”) per subscription

Additional seats billed per user, per month

Allocated monthly credits for calls, texts, and emails, with any excess usage billed to you at the agreed rate

8. General

By engaging Loopli, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

Loopli is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or approvals.

All services are provided in accordance with Australian law.
