How long does implementation take?

Most clients are set up in 2–3 weeks. Then we fine-tune the automations and train your team over the next 2–4 weeks, so everything is running smoothly within 4–6 weeks.

Do we need to change everything at once?

No. We roll it out in stages so your team isn’t overwhelmed. We start with the biggest bottleneck first (leads, follow-up, admin, or quoting), then build from there.

Will this work with our existing software?

Usually, yes. We can connect to common tools like job management and accounting platforms, plus email, forms, call tracking and calendars. We’ll map your current setup and plug in what makes sense.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use these systems?

Not at all. Everything is built to be simple and repeatable. If you can use a phone and send a text, you’ll be fine.

How much time will I need to commit during implementation?
